Samsung Electronics announces its first new Android flip smartphone namely, Samsung SCH-W899 in China, which runs on Runs Android 2.2 Froyo operating system. This Android smartphone sports two 3.3-inch touchscreen Super AMOLED display with WVGA resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, an alphanumeric keyboard, 5 megapixel camera, Front-facing VGA camera for video calls, and many more. It can also record 720p HD video and can work in CDMA EV-DO Rev. A and GSM / GPRS / EDGE network. The new device supports up to 32GB external memory through microSDHC card slot.
