Sagem Wireless has announced the launch of its Binder eReader. An e-book reader or eReader is an electronic device which is designed for the purpose of reading digital books and periodicals and eReader uses e-ink technology to display content to readers. It is a portable device and can be used in bright sunlight. The Sagem Wireless Binder eReader has brings 6-inch capacitive touchscreen Sipix e-paper display and supports TXT, Epub, PDF, HTML Text formats, JPEG, PNG, BMP picture formats as well as MP3 music formats.

The eReader measures 152 x 123 x 10.7 mm and weighs under 240g. The Sagem Wireless Binder eReader is available in France at the price tag of €199 ($275) with free 3G access. It will launch next month in Italy with Telecom Italia.
