By combining the efforts of industry wireless with the Ministry of justice of the United States, the Centre National de Missing & Exploited Children ® (NCMEC) and law enforcement agencies ™ wireless AMBER Alerts initiative will be a catalyst for subscribers wireless over 200 million from the search and recovery of an abducted child.

Users may designate up to five ZIP from which they would like to be alerted in the case of an AMBER Alert activation codes.
Public service Advertising Campaign advertising Council, in partnership with NCMEC, the Wireless Foundation and the Department of justice, has launched a multimedia public service (PSA) campaign designed to raise wireless AMBER alerts and encourage all subscribers wireless help for children removed from advertising. This is the first national awareness campaign for dealing with this technology and ads launched on national missing children's day (May 25).
Wireless subscribers can now sign up to receive free AMBER alerts via text messages.
