Add another row of Keys to use virtual keyboard 5-Row QWERTY keyboard for iPhone [Jailbreak Tweak]

Now you can add another row to iPhone’s virtual keyboard using a new jailbreak tweak which is available in Cydia. The name of this tweak is 5-Row QWERTY Keyboard. This tweak is developed by the iPhone Developer, KennyTM. 5-Row QWERTY Keyboard adds another row of keys to the virtual keyboard of your iPhone. It adds a row of numbers to the Qwerty keyboard of iPhone just like computer keyboard. When you tap on the arrow button which is available in the second row then you will be access the symbols which are again arranged in the same order as on the keyboard of computer.


Once you have installed this tweak on your jailbroken iPhone then in order to activate this tweak you have to go to Settings -> General -> Keyboard -> International Keyboards and then swipe your finger to turn On 5 Row QWERTY keyboard. After this tweak is enabled then tap on the Globe button to switch to the 5 Row Qwerty keyboard. This tweak also adds new keys on original keyboard of iPhone which are not available previously. These news keys are given below.


* ?, ?, ?, ?: Directional keys. Move the cursor left, up, right and downwards. Hold the key to move repeatedly.

* ?: Tab. Inserts a tab (\t) character.

* ?: Escape. Causes the current input field to lose the focus, and usually hides the keyboard as a result.





* ?: Forward delete, otherwise known as Delete. Remove the character immediately after the cursor. Hold the key to keep deleting.


* ?, ?: Home, End. Move the cursor to the beginning or end of text field.

* ?, ?: Page up, Page down. Move the cursor one page up or down.


In order to access the new keys you have tap on 123 button and then you have to tap on the arrow button. 5-Row QWERTY Keyboard Cydia tweak is available in Cydia. It costs $0.99 USD. This tweak is compatible with iOS version 4 or later. You will need to have a jailbroken iPhone to use this tweak.
