While there's still shockingly few details about the launch of the Windows Phone 7 platform, HTC remains the main contributor towards it. Thanks to the spec sheet which was leaked.
Call it the HD3 or the HD7, the new Windows Phone 7, the spec sheet is out and now will have a clear hint about how well HTC has weaponized the Windows Phone 7 device. While without going too deep into the specs list let us say it is almost same as the HD2 with some minor advancement.
The CPU is the same Snapdragon 1 GHz and the display is a 800x480 4.3" display is nothing but the replica of HD2. The HD7 will just be slightly thicker than the HD2. RAM will be 576MB, 512MB for program memory and 64MB for graphics with 8 GB memory which is not expandable.
All typical features found on high-end Smartphone will find a place in the HD7. Some of them include digital compass, proximity and light sensors, A-GPS, accelerometer. The device will be powered by a 1230mAh battery and will sport a 5MP camera with autofocus and dual LED flash. It also seems to have a dual-color LED light for system notifications.
Listed in the Spec sheet is the full suite of HTC apps present in HTC Hub. Some of them, worth to be mentioned are bedside clock widget, love me/love me not, parking meter, stocks, photo enhancer etc., The spec sheet also shows the HD7 as having necessary to work on T-Mobile.
